This policy applies to sexual misconduct that is alleged to have been committed by a UIC student, student organization, faculty or staff member:
a) On campus, which includes the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System
b) Off campus, in connection with a University recognized program or activity
c) Off campus, in a manner that may pose an obvious and serious threat of harm or may have the effect of creating a hostile educational environment for any member of the University community.
Sexual misconduct committed by student-employees in the context of their employment will be addressed in accordance with the University’s employment policies and the Student Disciplinary policy.
