UIC is committed to providing support and assistance to all victims/survivors of sexual misconduct. Once informed of a report of sexual misconduct, the appropriate University offices will work the complainant to assist with and provide guidance about obtaining counseling or health services, other supportive measures, reporting to law enforcement, proceeding with a Title IX investigation, and/or filing a complaint with the student conduct process.
