To report a possible crime, contact the UIC Police at 312-355-5555.
To report a possible violation of the Student Conduct Code, contact the Office of the Dean of Students at 312-996-4857 or email Dujuan Smith, Assistant Dean of Students at email@example.com. You can also submit an Incident Report Form.
